Who I am
Hi! I’m Jeanne. Art of Gluten-Free Baking is my site.
Privacy Policy
In a nutshell: I don’t collect any information other than what I need to collect to send you my newsletter or to reply to your questions and comments. Various plug-ins and services I use on this site may collect more info (like when you share a post via the “Pin It” button), but I don’t collect anything over and above what I need to communicate with you. At a certain point I may sell stuff on this site (like my cookbooks and aprons and classes). Then I will collect info related to that—but I will let you know when that happens.
Most importantly, I don’t sell your information to anyone or any company for any purpose. I hate it when that happens to me and I certainly don’t want to do that to anyone else.
What personal data is collected and why it’s collected
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site it collects the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms
Your contact form information is only saved long enough for me to answer your question. Then it is deleted.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
How your data is shared and how long it is retained
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
