I have to tell you that my Valentine’s Day was even more special because I got to spend a wonderful day with my sweet hubby. He had a heart attack a week before Thanksgiving and was taken by our heroic rescue squad to the hospital, stabilized in the ambulance & the cardiac team was ready to wheel him into surgery with all the info they needed to do cardiac surgery within one hour.
My point in this is to say that all this happened within the “Golden Hour” we all hear about but pay little attention to. Please tell everyone you know to pay attention to it. DH had no symptoms except mild heartburn and a feeling something wasn’t right. Yesterday could have turned out very differently for both of us if we hadn’t allowed these heros to save his life.
Happy Heart Day!

Marilyn: Oh wow. I am so glad he got help in time! Yay! And yes, we all need to pay attention to our health and our body’s signs. Thank you for the reminder! And sending good heart vibes to you and your husband!
