So, I actually took pictures of several of my finished objects. I know, I can’t believe it either! And, the photos don’t totally suck. I know, I can’t believe it either! And I have some info on each pattern. I know, I can’t believe it either!
So, here they are. First, Martha (this is for Jessica)
Pattern: Martha from Rowan 37
Yarn: Madeline (will someone please explain to me why this lovely merino yarn was discontinued??)
Now the Field of Flowers shawl. I actually finished this 2 years ago, but just blocked it. It is soft…
Pattern: Field of Flowers shawl from Fiber Trends
Yarn: Zephyr (50-50 wool and silk. So pritty)
Next, Aiblhinn. I only knitted it to about 18″ instead of the 24″ that the pattern called for. But, I was getting so bored that I couln’t knit anymore. It’s nice–it’s a cowl and a scarf. And, even though it’s cotton, it’s quite warm.
Pattern: Aiblhinn from Knitty.com
Yarn: 2nd Time Cotton from Knit One, Crochet Two (it’s a recycled cotton)
Finally, the Florelle baby jacket for Molly‘s baby-to-be. This is such a cute pattern, although I’ve learned that Anny Blatt’s patterns crap out by the end and you have to make it up to finish.
Pattern: Florelle from Creation Anny Blatt, #9
Yarn: Rowan Cotton Glace
