Hey all! I wanted to let you know that I will be having my first Art of Gluten-Free Baking Facebook Live Gluten-Free Baking Question and Answer session tomorrow:
-March 16, 2017
-4 PT/ 7 ET
-1 hour
-Pre-ask your questions in the comments on this post or on the Art of Gluten-Free Baking Facebook page
Hopefully, this will be the first of a regular series.
Also, I am going to be starting an occasional newsletter to let you know what I’m up to. Please sign-up for it on the right side of the screen—->
I promise that I won’t spam you–you are all why I do what I do and I will treat you with the respect with which I have always treated my readers. Eventually, newsletter readers will get some special perks that I am currently working on. If you are already on my Feedburner list, I am researching how to convert it to my newsletter list–eventually you will get a note asking to confirm being on the list. It should be fairly painless.
Please join me tomorrow! I am a little nervous–hold me. (lol)

I have missed you – glad you are back!
Jeanne
Darla: Thanks!
Lynn Mann
I have sensitives to gluten, dairy, egg, sugar . and grain How do I substitute something else for the egg. I would like some recipes for without these items or just egg free.
Jeanne
Lynn: I have some tips for dairy and egg replacers on the FB Live Video–and I discuss some experimentation I will be doing on egg replacers. I also have some suggestions for egg replacers on my Ingredient Substitutions plate.
Also, when you say that you are sensitive to sugar–are you sensitive to cane sugar? If so, you can try out Beet Sugar. It turns out that some people seem to have issues digesting cane sugar (which is what most of the “sugar” in the US is) but not in digesting beet sugar. Also, you could check out coconut (palm) sugar and see how you do with that.

I take it if we are already receiving your email posts, we don’t need to resign up?
Jeanne
Linda: Yes, that’s what I think will happen. I will convert my Feedburner list over to the mailing list. It looks pretty straightforward, but I will let folks know if they need to re-sign up!
