Hey folks! I will be teaching my Gluten-Free Baking 101 class this Wednesday at Dish It Up in Magnolia. I will cover flours and other ingredients, methods, techniques, how to accommodate other allergies, how to tell if the baking is progressing well, as well as answer all of your questions.
Each student will receive a bag of my gluten-free flour mix, Jeanne’s Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour. I will also bring samples of various baked goods for students to taste and discuss.
Please join us! Dish It Up has graciously offered a discount price of $35 for the class to my readers. That’s almost 1/2 off the regular price! Please call Dish It Up to register: 206.281.7800.

-Learn the basics of how to bake delicious gluten-free goods. The right recipes, flours, techniques, and equipment are crucial to creating baked items that taste just like you remember goodies baked with wheat to taste. Gluten-free baking is not difficult—it is, in fact, easy and fun! We’ll discuss issues around adapting recipes to dairy free and egg free, too.
